Our camping area is situated in the middle of a verdant forest.
This primitive camping area accommodates up to 8 campers (4 people/site), but is also great for couples and smaller groups. You will need to bring all of your camping and cooking gear. There is space for several vehicles at the camping area, including small RVs (no hook ups) less than 20′ in length.
There is an outhouse nearby and a cold water spigot a one minute walk away, outside our sugar shack. We are a Leave No Trace camping area so what you carry in, you carry out.
Your hosts will be available 24/7 if you need anything. We live on site.
There are tons of walking/mountain biking trails and neat places to explore at Adirondack Adventure Base and in the local area. We’re within easy access of many nearby hikes and paddles. In addition to the beautiful space, we provide you with advice on local attractions and activities to help you plan your trip!

Primitive Camping: Adventure Basecamp
Pitch your tent or park your small, self-contained RV in our property’s mini campground. Located in a beautiful pine forest with picnic table and campfire area.
- 4 guests maximum
- $59-65/night based on dates for two guests ($8/per additional guest)
- Access to clean outhouse and potable water
- Check-in time (3PM – 8PM) and Check-out (12PM noon)
The site includes many spots to set up tents, campfire area, complimentary firewood bundle (more for purchase if need be). This is a Leave No Trace site; you carry it in, you carry it out.
